pxdrop is a free image hosting service that allows users to upload images and receive shareable links. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Constitutes harassment, threats, or hate speech
• Is spam or used for phishing purposes

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading content, you grant pxdrop a limited license to store and serve the content for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice. Users may delete their own uploads using the delete token provided at upload time.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

pxdrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
